The Waizu Sales Demonstration App (the "Demo App") is a standalone tool used by Waizu's MSP (managed service provider) partners to show prospective customers a walkthrough of the on-device screens and workflow used in the Waizu Identity application. It is a sales aid, not a live product, and is only intended for use by individuals who already hold an active account on the Waizu Partner Portal.
Because the Demo App is restricted to Waizu's registered MSP partners, you must sign in before using it. There are two ways to do this:
Scan a QR code displayed in the Waizu Partner Portal, which you must already be logged in to. Scanning the code signs you in to the Demo App automatically.
Enter your work email address directly into the Demo App. If it matches a registered Partner Portal account, we send a one-time passcode ("OTP") to that email address, which you enter into the app to complete sign-in.
Once you're signed in, the Demo App does not need an internet connection to run the demonstration.
We only collect the limited data needed to confirm you're a registered Waizu MSP partner, and to power one demonstration screen:
Email address (email sign-in only) — used solely to send you a one-time passcode and verify it against your existing Partner Portal account. Not used for marketing and not shared outside Dazzle Technologies Ltd.
QR code / session token (QR sign-in only) — used solely to confirm, at the moment of scanning, that you are signed in to the Waizu Partner Portal.
Device location (GPS) — one screen simulates the "device location" view from the Waizu platform by showing a map centred on your device's current location. This is read from your device and displayed locally within the app. It is not sent to, or stored by, Dazzle Technologies Ltd or any Waizu server, and is not linked to your account or any other data.
We do not collect any other personal data, device data or usage data through the Demo App. Apart from the sign-in step and the location map, every other screen shows pre-loaded, simulated sample data that does not represent any real customer, user or device.
For app-store data disclosure purposes, this app should be declared as collecting:
Contact Info (email address) — App Functionality (account verification / one-time passcode); not used for tracking; linked to your Partner Portal identity.
Location (precise) — App Functionality (on-screen demonstration only); not linked to your identity; not used for tracking; not collected/stored/transmitted off-device.
No other data categories apply.
Access to the Demo App is provided to you as an authorised individual at a Waizu MSP partner. Do not share your sign-in email, one-time passcode, or Partner Portal credentials with anyone outside your organisation, and use the Demo App only to demonstrate Waizu to prospective customers.
This app is a business sales tool restricted to registered MSP partner personnel and is not directed at, marketed to, or intended for use by children.
If the Demo App's functionality changes in a way that affects data collection, this notice will be updated before that change takes effect.

Your Partner Portal account and its associated email address are also covered by that policy; this notice covers only what the Demo App itself does.
